Be the Best Administrative Assistant You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: High School or GED required. Minimum one (1) year experience in general clerical duties Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Bilingual English/Spanish Required Responsibilities:
As a Administrative Assistant, you will: Answers and directs incoming calls Maintains a working knowledge or EVV process to allow utilization as secondary EVV support for the office teams Responsible for the production and management of documents utilized in the office for client and Care Partner support / oversight Assists department with generation of key, common reports. Maintains confidential information Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the
Compliance Program:
Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards. Maintains a commitment to the values and mission of AccentCare. Performs other related duties as assigned.
