This vital role involves managing daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and team members. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong multitasking skills to help our company grow and serve our community effectively. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in tree care services. Duties Serve as the first point of contact by answering the phone with professionalism and courtesy. Schedule estimate appointments, send estimates to clients, schedule jobs for the crew, manage owner and crew calendars Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, providing information about services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Process invoices and follow up on payments Support the team in any other areas that may be needed. Experience Prior office management or administrative experience Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse clients and team members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions with clients and vendors. Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading, and calendar management is essential.
