About the Employer This role supports a highly experienced professional in the helping and healing field, with over 35 years of leadership across behavioral health, education, and business development. You will be assisting a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, educator, and holistic practitioner who leads multiple mission-driven endeavors and projects, including: A private psychotherapy practice A college-level Addiction Studies program A community-centered ice cream café and event space designed to bring people together This work is deeply purpose-driven and rooted in the healing and helping profession, integrating both clinical and holistic approaches with a strong focus on impact, community, and meaningful service. About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and trustworthy Administrative & Personal Assistant to support both business operations and day-to-day personal needs. This is a hybrid role supporting a small business and private household, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in creating order, structure, and efficiency. This position plays a key role in maintaining a well-run, organized, and calm environment across both home and business settings. It requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and personal integrity. This role may begin as short-term but has strong potential to grow into a long-term position for the right individual. Core Responsibilities Home & Office Organization Maintain clean, organized, and efficient home and office spaces Develop and sustain systems for organization, storage, and workflow Ensure documents, supplies, and materials are easily accessible and well-managed Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement better systems Support a calm, structured environment that promotes productivity Administrative & Business Support Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems Assist with billing, invoices, and administrative documentation Manage client communication in a professional and timely manner Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and general office operations Support special projects and evolving business needs Assist with website or social media tasks (a plus, not required) Personal Assistant & Household Support Support household organization and daily upkeep Assist with errands, appointments, and logistics Provide hands-on support during busy periods or projects Help streamline routines to reduce stress and improve efficiency Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and follow through reliably Comfortable working in both home and business environments Clear and professional communication skills Basic technology proficiency (email, Google Docs, etc.) Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally Additional Requirements (Trust, Safety & Integrity) Due to the nature of this role, which includes access to private and business environments, the following are required: Clean background check Clean driving record Strong professional references High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability Respect for privacy and strict confidentiality Sound judgment and appropriate professional boundaries Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Consistent, dependable, and reliable Self-directed and able to manage tasks independently Emotionally mature and level-headed Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work Proactive and solutions-focused Trustworthy and respectful in all environments Growth & Benefits Opportunities for pay increases based on performance Potential bonuses and additional perks Flexible scheduling options Opportunity to expand responsibilities based on strengths How to Apply Please submit a brief introduction along with your work experience. Pay:
