Be part of a team that makes a real difference. Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Services Support 2 to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for our medical services operations, ensuring smooth processing of transactions and effective communication with providers and clients. Key Responsibilities Process high-volume administrative transactions with accuracy and efficiency Perform data entry into medical systems and databases Verify documentation for completeness and compliance Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and case managers Support workflow processes according to established protocols Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical information Follow contractual guidelines and requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience in medical administrative support preferred Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred Occupational Health or Workers' Compensation experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational skills Proficiency with computer systems and data entry Effective written and verbal communication skills
