Operations & Personal Assistant - Multi-Business Owner Private business owner with multiple active ventures — restaurant franchise, multifamily real estate, software, and market investments — looking for a highly trusted, versatile assistant to help run the day-to-day across all of it. This is not a traditional job. You'll wear a lot of hats, work flexible hours, and be trusted with access to both business operations and personal tasks. The mix shifts week to week — some weeks you're deep in operations, others more focused on personal projects and errands. If you thrive on variety and want to be a key part of a busy, growing operation, this could be a great fit. What you'd be doing: Support restaurant operations — vendor contact, scheduling, reporting, communication with management Property management tasks — tenant follow-up, maintenance coordination, document tracking Software & business admin — keeping projects organized, light coordination, managing communications Personal and household assistance — errands, scheduling, home projects as needed Keeping the owner organized, informed, and moving efficiently What we're looking for: Background in restaurant management, real estate, business admin, or similar — fast food experience a plus Extremely trustworthy and discreet — this role touches all areas of business and personal life Strong communicator who can handle things independently without constant direction Flexible and adaptable — hours and tasks shift based on what's happening Tech comfortable — email, calendars, spreadsheets, basic reporting
Compensation & Schedule:
