In this role, you will provide administrative and case management support to Workers' Compensation Judges by preparing case materials, scheduling hearings, and maintaining records. Work involves ensuring hearings and daily operations run smoothly and information is processed accurately. As a Clerical Assistant 3, you will perform the following duties:Hearing Scheduling:
Coordinate hearing events and review claim information to ensure accuracyCase Preparation:
Organize documents, case files, and courtroom materials for both in person and virtual hearingsDocument Review:
Check submitted materials for errors, finalize event information, and update WCAIS recordsEvidence Processing:
Handle subpoenas, mail physical evidence, and follow procedures for secure documentationPublic Assistance:
Respond to questions from the public, attorneys, and agencies in line with office policiesRecord Maintenance:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, upon successful completion of the training period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Uniontown. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:
