In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies for new software systems, ensuring successful adoption and stakeholder engagement. Your efforts will directly impact operational efficiency and user experience across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement structured change management plans tailored to large-scale technology deployments, such as Electronic Quality Management Systems (EQMS). Conduct change impact assessments to identify affected processes, personnel, and technology, while proactively managing resistance and risks. Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and user adoption rates. Design and execute multi-channel communication strategies—including newsletters, presentations, and digital content—to keep stakeholders informed and motivated throughout project cycles. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, including creating user guides, quick reference materials, video tutorials, and conducting instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand sessions. Collaborate closely with project teams, business leaders, and end-users to ensure alignment, gather feedback, and address concerns. Serve as a liaison to facilitate stakeholder engagement, providing coaching and support to managers and supervisors guiding their teams through change processes.Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in change management, training, communications, or related roles supporting technology implementations. Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies using established methodologies and tools. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences effectively. Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting large-scale deployments in regulated industries is highly desirable. Familiarity with quality management software or electronic systems, such as EQMS, is a plus. Nice toHave Skills:
Experience with electronic quality management systems or other enterprise software. Advanced proficiency in creating engaging training materials and communication content. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus. Creative thinker with a passion for driving user adoption and change effectiveness.Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 3 to 5 years of experience supporting organizational change, training initiatives, or communication projects, especially related to technology or quality systems. Prior experience working remotely is acceptable; candidates located near key organizational hubs are preferred.Other Requirements:
This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility but ideal for candidates located near a main organizational hub. Must include responses to pre-screen questions upon application. Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently are essential. Prior certifications in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) are advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
