Job Description:
Job description: Sarnoff Property Tax, a boutique Chicago Loop property tax law firm, is seeking a detail oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Client Refund Administrator. This position plays an important role in ensuring accurate client billing, refund processing, and communication. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and issue client invoices Respond to and follow up on billing and refund-related questions Assist with tracking and collection of outstanding refunds Maintain accurate records and documentation Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient workflow Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Professional written and verbal communication skills Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database systems Experience in QuickBooks and Docusign Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits:
