Based in Central Indiana, we specialize in high-quality crawl space encapsulation, moisture control, and foundation solutions. We pride ourselves on top-tier craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a sharp, organized, and friendly Front Office Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our daily operations. If you love keeping schedules tight, helping customers, and keeping a team running smoothly, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do As our Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and the critical link between our sales team and field crew.
Customer Care:
Answer incoming calls, answer customer inquiries, and provide a warm, professional first impression.
Scheduling & Dispatching:
Coordinate and schedule appointments for estimates, inspections, and encapsulation installations.
Administrative Support:
Manage emails, follow up on leads, organize customer files, and handle basic billing/invoicing tasks.
Team Coordination:
Keep our field technicians and sales reps updated on schedule changes or specific customer notes.
Office Organization:
Keep the office tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
What We're Looking For Experience:
Previous front office, receptionist, or administrative experience is highly encouraged. Experience in the home services, construction, or trades industry is a major plus!
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should comfortable talking to homeowners daily.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM or scheduling software (like Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan) is a bonus.
Skills:
Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
