BayCare is currently in search of our newest GME Institutional Specialist who assists in supporting and coordinating system-wide GME administrative functions and ensuring compliance with all Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), Joint Commission, and other federal and state regulatory requirements regions.

No Responsibilities:
Assists with drafting policies and procedures and distributes/communications based upon direction from leadership. Assists with planning meetings, developing agendas, compiling materials, recording minutes and following up on action items related to committees and subcommittees. Prepares various agreements related to programs and ensures agreements meet requirements and policies. Supports and assists with various onboarding related to students, residents and fellows including credentialing, licensure, J-1 visa requirements in partnership with Team Resources and Program Managers. Provides support to Director Chief Medical Officer - Academics - DIO, Director Graduate Medical Education and Manager BayCare Institutional Graduate Medical Education regarding administrative responsibilities.Requirements:
