Contract Overview We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to support a large-scale enterprise device rollout project across multiple locations. This role will focus on deploying and configuring network-connected multifunction devices while also assisting with general systems administration and endpoint support. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Windows infrastructure experience, printer/endpoint deployment skills, and hands-on troubleshooting abilities in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot networked multifunction devices across multiple locations Support device drivers, print queues, scanning functionality, and user access Coordinate rollout activities with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders Track deployment progress and help resolve technical issues during rollout Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and support processes Provide secondary support for endpoint management, device provisioning, and system configuration Assist with enterprise device management tools and lifecycle support Required Qualifications Experience in Systems Administration, Desktop Engineering, or Enterprise IT Support Hands-on experience supporting network printers or enterprise device deployments Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Active Directory Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-connected devices Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Experience supporting large device rollout or migration projects Familiarity with enterprise multifunction devices or print management tools Experience with endpoint management platforms or automated device provisioning Background working in large enterprise or public sector environments #TECHIND
