Job Description

What You Will Do As a Part-Time Location Coordinator, you are an integral member of the Fishers Location Staff. The Location Coordinator is responsible for will be responsible for planning and executing on Fishers location initiatives and projects identified by the Campus Pastor. This role will be actively seeking and building relationships with staff and volunteers to effectively execute on these projects. The coordinator should execute on time, with excellence, and collaboratively working across departments. Success will be measured in attitude, optimism, and sense of urgency. This position is part-time, 20 hours per week and eligible for some benefits. How You ll Succeed Administration Oversee all reporting on groups, kids, and new guests Enter and maintain clean data in PCO, i.e., member data Manage and oversee Monday.com boards for the team Oversee inventory, supplies, and purchasing as needed Lead & Train volunteers to manage bi-weekly counts Schedule meetings and manage outlook calendars Respond to, organize and/or delegate emails and manage calendars for the Location Pastor s emails and students team Answer Front Desk phone (remote) as scheduled Create schedule for coverage of front desk duties amongst other coordinators and volunteers, and provide training as necessary Capture notes in Monday.com and participate in department and Student Ministry meetings Use PCO room reservations, queues, forms, etc. Make orders and purchases Manage and organize files Review and edit written content Generate reports as needed Respond to emails and phone calls within 24 hours of being in the office Perform related duties as assigned Strive to improve personal and professional skills by looking for and participating in learning opportunities Attend a weekly service to stay in tune with the direction of Connection Pointe and to continue developing spiritually Project Management Adjust schedules and work within budgets to most effectively complete project with excellence Proactive in following up on details and communicating with multiple teams assigned to the same project to ensure action is taken Leverage gifts of individuals to execute on projects most effectively Engage and lead volunteers
Events & Marketing Management:
Printing and ordering for events as needed, connect cards, etc. Weekly Campus-wide emails Volunteer emails Preparing for events (example: planning, ordering, event set up, general administrative support, etc.) Collect and enter all event specific data Manage a Fishers events calendar Connect regularly with CP members Develop/Design presentations as needed Attend and support Student Ministry events/services as needed What We Are Looking For High School Diploma or GED required 3 years or more administrative experience Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office Strong communication skills Fast and accurate typing skills Above average attention to detail and organizational skills Proactive and collaborative with other teams & external partners Strong independent worker who requires minimal supervision Available and willing to work a ministry shift up to and including weekends Excellent at planning including creation of long- and short-term plans Able to multitask and react appropriately under pressure High level understanding of and respect for confidentiality Where You ll Be You will primarily be in an office environment primarily on a computer for prolonged periods of time. Physical demands mainly include, walking, climbing stairs, sitting or standing for long periods of time and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Where You ll Go As a team, we are going into the world daily! This position may also occasionally require some overnight travel for retreats and conferences. Overall, the travel requirement for this position is <5%.
