We are a small, family-owned and operated plumbing company that takes pride in providing exceptional service to our customers. As our company continues to grow, we are looking to add a few dependable team members to assist with day-to-day office operations while helping us maintain the close-knit atmosphere that makes our company unique. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Provide exceptional customer service by responding to questions and service requests Schedule service appointments and manage technician calendars Perform data entry, filing, recordkeeping, and general administrative duties Create, organize, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and company records Prepare, send and follow-up on customer estimates and invoices Maintain and update inventory and equipment tracking lists Assist with ordering plumbing supplies, materials and equipment Monitor order status and coordinate deliveries as needed Support daily office operations and assist with special projects as assigned Help maintain accurate customer, vendor, and job records
Qualification Requirements:
Previous office experience Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to effectively multitask & prioritize tasks effectively Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software applications Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor Plumbing industry knowledge is a plus, but not required Experience managing social media accounts preferred Experience with website maintenance and updates preferred Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn new processes We offer a supportive and flexible work environment with pay based on the skills and experience that you bring to the table.
