Key Responsibilities:
Managing church records, databases & social media Performing bookkeeping duties, including tracking income, expenses, and basic financial reporting Assist with preparation of financial documents for leadership review utilize software programs to create documents, flyers, and communications Provide general administrative support to church staff and leadership Help coordinate office activities and maintain filing systems
Qualifications:
Strong office and communication skills Basic bookkeeping and/or accounting experience Knowledge of Google Workspace & Quickbooks Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Friendly, dependable and able to work independently
Compensation:
$20-$25 per hour with flexibility for in office and remote hours
