Job Description
I am looking for a highly organized, proactive, trustworthy assistant to help support both my businesses and personal life management as I enter a new season of growth and expansion. I am an entrepreneur in the pet industry currently building multiple ventures, including a luxury in-home pet care company and upcoming mobile grooming division, while also managing personal projects, travel, appointments, events, dog-related programs/projects, and the many moving parts that come with a fast-paced entrepreneurial lifestyle. After recently transitioning out of ownership of my former business, I am intentionally rebuilding my schedule, workflow, and daily structure in a healthier and more organized way — and I'm looking for the right person to help bring organization, accountability, follow-through, and calm to both business and personal operations. This is not a role for someone who simply waits for instructions. I need someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, planning, and helping keep moving pieces together behind the scenes.
Responsibilities may include:
Calendar and appointment management Organizing projects, timelines, and priorities Motion/calendar scheduling and task organization Personal reminders and life administration Travel planning and logistics Managing administrative tasks and follow-ups Assisting with client and team communication Event planning and coordination Helping organize pet-related projects and timelines Creating structure and accountability in a fast-moving environment The ideal person is: Extremely organized and dependable Calm, grounded, and solution-oriented Emotionally intelligent and trustworthy Proactive and self-motivated Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems/software Comfortable balancing multiple moving pieces Adaptable in an entrepreneurial environment A strong communicator Someone who appreciates both structure and creativity A genuine animal lover who understands and appreciates the pet industry and lifestyle Experience in administrative support, scheduling, operations, project management, hospitality, client care, or executive/personal assistance is strongly preferred. Part-time position to start (approximately 10-15 hours per week) with potential for more hours and growth as projects and businesses continue expanding. Hybrid/remote flexibility available. South Jersey applicants preferred.
