About the Position Executive seeking a proactive and organized Part-Time Personal & Family Assistant to support a busy household with a variety of personal, administrative, and family-related tasks. Currently seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Personal & Family Assistant to help manage household logistics, scheduling, travel planning, research projects, and personal administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, coordinating details, and helping busy professionals stay on top of competing priorities. The right candidate is trustworthy, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is not a childcare or housekeeping position. The role is focused on organization, coordination, planning, research, scheduling, and project management for personal and family matters. Responsibilities Manage calendar scheduling, including appointments, events, and family commitments using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace Coordinate personal projects such as event planning, travel arrangements, and special occasions to ensure seamless execution. Provide executive administrative support by managing correspondence via email and phone with professional etiquette Assist with personal errands such as shopping, appointment scheduling, and transportation arrangements. Maintain confidentiality while performing clerical tasks like data entry, office management, and customer service interactions. Research products, services, contractors, and vendors Coordinate household service providers and maintenance appointments Manage reminders, deadlines, and follow-up tasks Assist with school, camp, and extracurricular research Track ongoing projects and provide status updates Qualifications Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative support role with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Previous administrative, executive assistant, office manager, project coordinator, or similar experience preferred Knowledge of event planning, project coordination, and customer service best practices. Computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software or tools as needed.
