The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism. This role is critical to ensuring seamless daily operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by managing schedules, coordinating projects, handling correspondence, and overseeing both professional and personal logistics. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace , scheduling meetings, appointments, and events efficiently. Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel , including corporate meetings, conferences, special events, and personal travel itineraries. Handle personal administrative tasks, including dry cleaning and laundry coordination (pickup and drop-off). Coordinate vehicle maintenance , including servicing, inspections, repairs, and detailing. Oversee home cleaning services , scheduling and managing vendors as needed. Run errands and provide general administrative and personal support as required. Manage correspondence, emails, and phone communications with professionalism and discretion. Support executive staff with ad hoc projects and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role with office management responsibilities. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook Calendar , and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive). Experience with multi-line phone systems and digital communication platforms. Strong typing and proofreading skills with a high level of accuracy. High level of computer literacy and comfort with office software and technology tools. Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
