This is for The Beauty Union — a platform focused on empowering beauty workers to charge their worth, build sustainable careers, and stop navigating this industry alone. This role is for someone who: Is organized, proactive, and resourceful Has strong communication skills (written + verbal) Is comfortable with social media, content, and digital tools Can take initiative without needing constant direction Is aligned with the mission of empowering women in the beauty industry Ideally has beauty industry experience What you'll be helping with: Managing emails, DMs, and communication Assisting with content planning + posting Supporting digital product launches (guides, downloads, etc.) Research + organization for projects Light admin + behind-the-scenes support
