We are seeking a sharp, highly organized Personal Assistant to support the executive team of a fast-growing creative agency producing premium commercials and brand content. This is not a typical assistant role

• you will be directly involved in the behind-the-scenes coordination of high-level productions, helping bring ambitious creative visions to life. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and excited to operate in a world of luxury branding, fast-paced shoots, and high standards. Responsibilities
• Manage video production calendars, coordinating meetings, schedules, travel,.
• Support the planning and execution of high-end commercial shoots, campaigns, and creative projects, including logistics, timelines, locations, talent coordination, and vendor communication.
• Assist executives in preparing presentations, decks, reports, and handling polished communication with brands, partners, and industry professionals.
• Coordinate multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and production quality are consistently met. Qualifications
