JOB DESCRIPTION

We work to simplify the lives of facility managers and property managers (nationwide retailer and restaurant chains) by managing their Fire & Life Safety program, including inspections, tests, maintenance and repairs.

SERVICE COORDINATOR DUTIES

This position is hybrid in our Northbrook, Illinois office (3 days in office/week, after initial training period). Receiving new service requests and dispatching to our Service Partner network. Fostering strong relationships with

clients by providing proactive communications, updates, and general project details through to completion. This involves working with client-provided CMMS programs (training provided). Responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with Service Partners (subcontractors). This includes responding to service partner inquiries and working with A/P to ensure efficient receipt and payment of their invoices. Supporting

UMBRELLA

ONE's goal to complete client service requests in a professional manner (prompt timing, excellent quality, reasonable cost, and fair profit margins). Participating in after-hours "On-Call" rotation.
