Service Coordinator (HVAC) - Salt Lake City, UT Are you a highly organized, fast-paced problem solver who thrives in a team-driven environment? Do you enjoy being the hub that keeps everything moving? We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, Utah ! In this role, you'll be the backbone of our service operations—coordinating technicians, managing work orders, and ensuring our customers receive top-tier service every time.

8am-4pm, Monday-Friday Remote work is not available What You'll Do As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in keeping our HVAC operations running smoothly: Dispatch the right technician to the right job at the right time Manage and support all service portal work requirements Track and maintain a 72-hour SLA turnaround for service tickets Coordinate parts ordering, job approvals, and follow-ups Communicate with technicians, vendors, and customers on job status Oversee GPS tracking and daily technician check-ins Schedule return visits, preventative maintenance (PM), and customer calls Partner with leadership to onboard new customers Collaborating with Service Managers and technicians on scheduling Monitor and report service activity through weekly tracking reports Ensure timely completion of quotes and ongoing service requests Learn technician strengths to optimize scheduling and efficiency What You Bring Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Basic computer proficiency HVAC industry knowledge (preferred but not required) Why Join Us?
