Job Description

Hourly Rate:
$20/hour The Account Implementation Intern will support parishes with stewardship and fundraising programs by helping coordinate projects, communicate with customers, and assist with campaign activities. This role works closely with the Account Implementation team and Sales Consultants to help parishes successfully use OSV products and services.

This is a seasonal role lasting up to 6 months and is a great opportunity to gain experience in customer service, project coordination, fundraising, and parish engagement.

The intern will help build positive relationships with parishes while supporting successful program outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist with parish stewardship and fundraising programs designed to increase parish engagement and offertory giving. Help coordinate project timelines, materials, and communication with parish staff. Support day-to-day program operations and administrative tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure materials and messaging are accurate and delivered on time. Assist in tracking program progress and campaign results. Help maintain positive relationships with assigned parishes and customers. Learn about parish operations and how fundraising programs support their mission. Participate in meetings with internal teams to help ensure customer needs are addressed. Assist with resolving customer questions and following up on requests. Use CRM and other systems to update customer information and track programs progress. Help prepare reports and updates for the team. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work well with others and independently. Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Comfortable learning new technology and systems. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to build relationships with customers and team members. Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks. Required Education High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred. Required Experience Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred. Customer service, volunteer, school leadership, or project experience preferred. Interest in fundraising, nonprofit work, or customer engagement helpful. Experience with church or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
Working Environment:
Incumbent will work in an office environment This position requires the ability to work on-site in Huntington, IN, on a hybrid schedule 3 days per week The incumbent may be required to travel
