About the job: We are hiring a dedicated and confident virtual assistant (international process) to join our growing remote team at Next Assist LLC. This is a work-from-home opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who are comfortable handling international client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing outbound & inbound international calls 2. Assisting clients with support, onboarding & coordination 3. Handling emails and follow-ups professionally 4. Maintaining records & updating CRM systems 5. Supporting the sales/operations team when required We are looking for someone who is: 1. Fluent in English 2. Confident communicator 3. Comfortable working night shifts (US process) 4. Basic computer & email handling knowledge 5. Self-disciplined for remote work 6. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. 7. SEO 8. Social Media Handling Performance-based incentives available.
