This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in office management, customer service, and administrative support. 2-3 days a week 15-20 hrs a week Temporary for about 6 weeks, could go longer Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized office records Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email in a professional manner Support office management activities including supply inventory, document preparation, and general administrative tasks Maintain office organization through effective filing systems, document management, and timely follow-up on pending items Contribute to team efforts by supporting administrative projects that enhance overall office efficiency Experience Prior experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities is required Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and customer service best practices Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client interactions Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules, data entry, and document proofreading Strong time management skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively .

$18.00 per hour
