Licensing Aide (Administrative Support)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Aide to support a busy administrative office environment. This role will focus on data entry, licensing record management, processing registrations and invoices, and providing excellent customer service to the public through phone, email, and in-person communication. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working in a high-volume office, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Required Qualifications High School Diploma (required) Prior clerical/administrative experience in a high-volume environment preferred Strong data entry and document processing skills Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage confidential information Bilingual skills preferred
