Job Description

Administrative Assistant/Billing Specialist Warwick RI - Hybrid Responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks related to account servicing, including data processing, documentation preparation, and client communication. This role supports day-to-day operations and contributes to the smooth implementation and ongoing support of client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a range of administrative duties to support client accounts, including data entry, account updates, and billing adjustments. Process new account setups, changes, and closures in accordance with established guidelines. Prepare documentation such as client schedules, service summaries, and related materials. Research and respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email, ensuring accurate and timely communication. Assist with special projects, including onboarding of new accounts and ongoing account maintenance. Maintain cross-functional knowledge to support standard administrative workflows as needed. Identify and report process issues to leadership, including proposed solutions and relevant documentation.
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in data entry Strong organizational skills. Personable and client-focused, with a proactive attitude. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
Education & Experience:
Associate's degree preferred, or 2+ years of relevant administrative experience. Experience in a customer support or account services environment is helpful but not required. Prior billing experience preferred #
