Job Description

Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) Woonsocket, RI 30 hours/week Starting at $20/hour Pineda's Outdoor Living is seeking an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities Answer phones and assist customers. Schedule appointments and follow up with clients. Organize digital files, receipts, and project photos. Assist with emails and paperwork. Coordinate with vendors and crews. Maintain organized records and documentation. Support daily office operations. Requirements Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable using computers and email. Customer service skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Previous office experience preferred, but not required. Monday-Friday. No weekends. Family-owned company with opportunities for growth.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
