Job Description

Routing Coordinator Position Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for completing tasks assigned by the Routing Manager. You will aid in the completion of scheduling and routing of work order assignments and projects for the Cennox Operations team. You will work in an office environment where a strong sense of teamwork and dedication to providing the best customer support is required to succeed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Routing of work order assignments for Cennox s field personnel which includes 200+ national technicians Work with minimal oversight, utilizing proprietary data management work order systems Learn the full scope of the Cennox s Routing Department s responsibilities in order to support the Cennox Operations team in a support/backup position to the Routing Manager including: Updating Cennox s customer asset database (in Microsoft Access) with consistent updates provided by Cennox s customers Answering customer inquiries regarding work order completion and assignment Provide technical support to the Cennox Operations Department about data inquiries and procedural questions regarding routing or assets Problem solve everything from difficult routing solutions to sometimes complex service issues Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements:
Bachelor s degree not required, however you should possess a working understanding of Microsoft Access and various types of database queries (select, update, append, etc.) 2 years of working experience with Microsoft Excel and Access is required, SQL query experience is ideal Proficient data entry and computer skills Must enjoy learning various processes, systems, and policies of a service company that operates in a fast-paced service environment and must often adapt to the demands of the industry Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy of work required Must be well-organized with ability to prioritize work with varying deadlines Ability to work independently and utilize problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Must return a background check that meets customer requirements
