Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and assisting with customer support. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of our organization. Duties Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed. Operate phone systems, handling incoming calls and directing them to appropriate personnel. Support office management tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, record keeping, and correspondence management. Running errands as needed. Skills Proficiency in Word and Excel. Experience with phone systems for effective communication. Knowledge of general office practices and procedures. Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
