The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and direct clients in accordance with program and agency policies.
• Educate clients on program requirements and standards.
• Answer calls, schedule, and manage appointments for new and existing clients.
• Process client information accurately and maintain medical records.
• Enter data into the appropriate agency system in compliance with confidentiality guidelines.
