A household manager for a busy entrepreneurial family is needed to keep the household running smoothly so we can focus on family and business. Household Manager — Core Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day household operations Manage family calendar coordination and appointments Coordinate vendors, repairs, maintenance, and service appointments Grocery shopping, household inventory, and supply management Meal coordination/meal prepping Organize closets, pantry, storage, and household systems Laundry and dry cleaning Handle returns, errands, shipping, and pickups Assist with travel prep and packing support Coordinate son's schedules, activities, and transportation logistics Prepare home for guests, holidays, and entertaining Support event planning for weekly in-home gatherings Communicate with housekeepers, landscapers, contractors, etc. Create systems/checklists to keep the home efficient and calm Anticipate needs before they become problems! Ideal Traits Extremely organized Self-starter Discreet and trustworthy Calm under pressure Tech savvy Good communicator Comfortable in fast-paced environments Flexible schedule when needed Typical Hours Usually 20 hours/week depending on scope
