Overview Local construction company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage incoming calls with professionalism and phone etiquette. Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office records. Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, data entry, and scheduling. Support project management tasks, such as ordering supplies and materials. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Perform personal assistant duties as needed to support executives or team leads. Experience Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Calendar). Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment. Ability to type efficiently and accurately for data entry tasks. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
