Job Description

Overview Hudgens Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk while providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software tools Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and meetings Provide general clerical support including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email with a friendly and helpful approach Support personal assistant tasks as needed to facilitate executive schedules and project coordination Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in computer operations, including typing, internet research, data entry, and navigation of multiple software platforms. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with effective time management skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, and front desk operations Clerical experience including proofreading, document preparation, and calendar management Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required Strong computer literacy combined with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools We're committed to supporting your growth while fostering a positive work environment that values your contributions.
Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
