Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Handle accounts payable/receivable and general bookkeeping using QuickBooks Maintain organized records, files, and office systems Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office communications Assist with vendor management and office supply inventory Provide general administrative support to leadership and team membersQualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of office coordination, administrative, or similar experienceRequired:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High attention to detail and ability to work independentlyWhat We Offer:
