Business hours with occasional after-hours support Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to the VP of Revenue, VP of Credit Risk, and their direct reports. This role requires excellent calendar management, communication, multitasking, and coordination skills in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling confidential information and supporting leadership operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Key Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items Support day-to-day administrative activities and ad-hoc executive requests Coordinate presentations, leadership meetings, and internal communications Facilitate cross-functional communication with teams across multiple regions Assist with proposals, budget reviews, and monthly expense variance tracking Support company initiatives, special projects, and operational rollouts Oversee office/facility operations including vendors, supplies, mailroom, meeting technology, and security coordination Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and internal support teams as needed Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive executive information Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 2+ years of executive administrative or administrative assistant experience Strong typing skills (60 WPM) and 10-key proficiency Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Calendar) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with accounts payable or expense tracking processes Strong interpersonal skills with a flexible and detail-oriented approach Preferred Skills Experience supporting senior leadership or executives Experience coordinating meetings/events across multiple time zones Strong follow-up and project coordination abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
