Job Description

We are seeking an Office Adminstrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Excellent interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills. Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Create check register with check copies Sourcing and negotiating with vendors and supplier Pro-active and participates in team efforts to achieve departmental and interdepartmental goals. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Strong attention to detail. ​Strong organizational skills. Problem solving. Quickbooks and Microsoft experience a
REQUIREMENT. SKILLS
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
