Temporary Office Admin Help Position Type:

Duration:
3+months to possible permanent position Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our team. This role will primarily assist with document scanning, filing, records organization, and data entry projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and comfortable handling confidential information with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Scan, organize, and electronically file company documents Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy Review documents for completeness and proper organization Assist with records management and document retention projects Sort, label, and archive files as needed Support general administrative and office tasks Maintain confidentiality of company and client information Qualifications Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable using scanners, copiers, and other office equipment Ability to accurately enter and manage data Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently Professional and dependable work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the office as needed Ability to lift and move file boxes and documents up to [5-10] pounds Compensation $20-22 per hour, based on experience for 25-30 hours per week
