Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and polished Temporary Senior Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support within a fast-paced, professional environment in Greenville, SC. This temporary opportunity offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, coordinate high-impact initiatives, and play a key role in daily operations while a permanent hire is identified. There will be an opportunity to apply for the permanent position as well within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and logistics for leadership and staff Serve as a primary point of contact by screening calls and responding to inquiries Assist with contract administration, including tracking documentation, routing approvals, and maintaining compliance records Support budget tracking, expense reporting, invoice processing, and purchase order follow-up Coordinate meetings and events, including catering, venue setup, and registration management Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and organizational initiatives Provide support for special projects and time-sensitive assignments as needed
Qualifications:
4+ years of administrative or office management experience in a professional environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience supporting senior-level leadership or executives preferred Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Associate degree in business, administration, or a related field preferred
Compensation:
Temporary (2 months approx.) $25-35/hour based on experience
Schedule:
On-site, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Opportunity to gain exposure to executive leadership and strategic operations Potential to apply for the permanent position once posted Professional, collaborative work environment
