ORA_ON_SITE Description SAIC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support our team in Hanahan, SC . In addition to secretarial duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements), this position will provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, personnel records and payroll. The Administrative Assistant may be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience:
Associates degree in business or computer science. Will accept experience in lieu of a degree. Four (4) years of experience to include word processing, spreadsheet development, document management issues, financial analysis, data collection, repot processing, brief preparation, etc. Two (2) years of work experience to be within DoD. Experience may be achieved simultaneously. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
