Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, order processing, and equipment maintenance Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email with clarity and friendliness Handle clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools for various projects Maintain accurate records through filing systems and data entry processes Demonstrate strong organizational skills by prioritizing tasks effectively and managing time efficiently Experience Proven office experience or administrative support background in a professional setting Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk procedures, and customer service best practices Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, proofreading, and general clerical tasks Experience with office management tools such as calendar management software or scheduling platforms Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting our team's success!
