Job Overview Outdoor Services Company is a local family-owned, fast growing company and we are currently expanding our team and are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistance We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Team member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. Duties As our Admin Assistant you must be able to handle information and maintain professionalism in your interaction with others. Attention to details and punctuality is a must. You need to be able to multitask and have good time-management skills. You must have strong organizational skills, able to learn new tasks, process tasks and data in a timely manner Assist with any office related day to day tasks Data processing Assist with estimating, invoicing, scheduling and collections Assist with pay applications Requirements High School Diploma Proficient in Excel and word Data Entry Good verbal and written communication skills Good organization skills and ability to multitask Team player Independent thinker to get tasks successfully completed Able to problem solve High attention to detail
