QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma required. Must provide proof of the completion of a minimum of 60 college credit hours, OR in lieu of this, must pass the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) test. Financial experience required. Competent computer competency and working knowledge of Microsoft applications. Such alternatives to the above as may be appropriate and acceptable

JOB SUMMARY
To assure the smooth and efficient financial operations of the school.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains a daily teacher attendance log, the records for substitute teachers and payroll reports. Assumes responsibility for the receipt and expenditure of the schools budget. Maintains a complete and systematic set of records of all the financial transactions of the school. Reconciles school bank accounts. Traces errors and records adjustments to correct charges or credits posted to incorrect amounts. Generates purchase orders to include procurement of all school supplies, adhering to procurement code, receiving merchandise, payment of bills and establishment of systematic filing system. Assists with the ordering of supplies for the school year and monitoring the use and distribution of them. Maintains list of inventory of school equipment. Assists with the preparation of school budgets. Performs all other related duties as assigned by the Principal.
EVALUATION
