Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Field Service Coordinator to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our service department. In this role, you will serve as a central point of coordination, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and a high level of service delivery for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily service schedules, ensuring timely and efficient assignment of technicians based on customer needs and project priorities Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive service experience Support administrative functions including work order management, documentation, and service tracking Assist with ordering parts, monitoring inventory levels, and working with vendors to ensure materials are available when needed Collaborate closely with service, sales, and leadership teams to align on schedules, priorities, and customer expectations Identify and resolve scheduling or service issues proactively to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications:
Experience in service coordination, administrative support, or customer-facing operations Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional and responsive approach Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment We value team members who take initiative, stay organized under pressure, and are committed to delivering excellent customer experiences. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
