Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations, ensure seamless communication, and enhance overall office efficiency. Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities revolve around supporting Administrative Manager and others when needed. Routine office clerical duties are performed with minimal supervision from the Administrative Manager Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage the front desk with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike Follow safety rules, wear required PPE, and report any safety incident or accident Follow SOPs and procedures Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, direct calls efficiently, and maintain excellent phone etiquette Manage calendar schedules, appointments, and meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office to ensure smooth daily operations Organize files, maintain records, and oversee filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents Support Human Resource activities including; scheduling interviews and processing onboarding paperwork to maintaining employee records Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies Review and organize documents for weekly Sanitation records Skills Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. Ability to work at a fast pace with great attention to detail. Ability to work independently or with little supervision. Ability to use a PC, printer, scanner, and fax. Attention to detail. Education High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment Requirements Understanding of and adherence to basic GMP principles Follow all applicable safety requirements while assisting in identification of hazards and maintaining a safe working environment for self and others Understanding of and commitment to Trison Wells Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Policy Understanding of and adherence to basic Quality Principles Additional requirements: Lifting Demands Lift up to 40 lbs. on an occasional basis floor to waist. Carry up to 40 lbs. on an occasional basis up to 50 feet.
