HQ AFGSC/A5F.
This contract provides Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) to
HQ AFGSC
with essential expertise and capabilities to ensure AFGSC's bed-down requirements in support of the MH-139 helicopter, B-21 bomber, Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and other new weapons systems. This position is at Ellsworth AFB in Rapid City, South Dakota. What you'll be doing: Document key points, decisions, & lessons learned from all Program Integration Office (PIO) meetings. Manage contractor access program. Build wing bed-down calendar, manage TDYs, schedules, conference, & telecoms. Supports PIO offices with all aspects of office administration. What you'll need: 5 years of US Air Force administrative support experience. Comprehends Defense Travel System and Joint Travel Regulations. Secret Clearance is required.
