HR Position Description:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in facilitating orientations with some onboarding experience to join our team!
Examples of Work:
Presenting PowerPoint presentations to large groups (public speaking). Facilitates New Hire Orientation. Creating, arranging, and presenting onboarding materials to new hires. Composing emails informing new hires and existing employees of policy changes. Processing onboarding paperwork. Explaining company policies, payroll processes and benefits Coordinating with the payroll department to set up new employees with Paycom Logins. Introducing new hires to their new team members Providing manuals, guidelines, passwords, etc. for the new employees as needed Answering any queries of new employees about initial tasks Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Extensive position and company knowledge. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, Interpersonal skills, and Strong computer skills Experience with
Microsoft Office and HRIS Systems Excellent Time Management Skills Qualifications/Requirements:
must have a valid Driver License, a clear motor vehicle record, and will also be required to pass a background check and submit to a drug and alcohol screening.
