Our experienced and close team will be by your side to ensure your success. This position is unique in that you will work either front desk or as a dental assistant. Front/back desk office duties to include: Friendly, outgoing personality; looking for someone who directs the office flow and keeps things on track Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task as well as to respond positively and quickly to changes in the schedule Excellent phone personality and ability to answer calls and schedule patients effectively, following up on patients who have not scheduled for their treatment Ability to manage the daily schedule and repair changes in the schedule to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability of the team Registered Dental Assistant 1 or more years of experience preferred.
