  • After 1 year of service Partially Paid Lunch Breaks Education Advancement & Training The Housing Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Director of Housing.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and commitment to serve our residents while embodying our core values of service, compassion, and integrity. Resident concerns will be received, addressed, and forwarded to team members as appropriate. Multi-tasking and technical skills will be used to process compliance and operations paperwork in accordance with current policies and procedures and regulatory agencies. Remote applicants welcome. Occasional travel to Memphis, TN required.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/ GED; Bachelors' degree preferred Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, electronic, face-to-face Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude HUD Section 8 and/or LITHC program experience
