Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized General Office Clerk to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth office management and exceptional customer support. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help maintain an efficient work environment, support administrative functions, and provide outstanding service to clients and colleagues alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their clerical, organizational, and office management skills in a fast-paced setting. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette. Adding patients to our EMR. Filing back folders Very productive in Data Entry is a must. Qualified in giving injections is a must. Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries, transferring calls, and taking messages accurately. Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems using digital tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping. Support office management activities by coordinating calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence. Conduct proofreading of documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive interactions at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately. Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse client needs. Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Prior office experience including filing, proofreading, and calendar management is preferred.
