$18-$24/hour DOE About Us We are a growing Buy Here Pay Here dealership with an in-house service department. Our shop supports both vehicle reconditioning for inventory and repairs for our active customer base. We maintain and manage a steady flow of inventory vehicles through our service and vendor network. We are looking for an organized, customer-focused individual to become the communication hub between our customers, service department, and dealership operations. Position Summary The Operations Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for customers and supports the daily operations of our service department. This position is responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, delegating workload, creating repair orders, documenting customer concerns, and helping keep service operations organized and efficient. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive service experience, dealership experience, office administration experience, or customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
